TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY ON EDO 09045-MARBLE HILL 10 CFR 2.206 REQUEST FROM T. DATTILO, ESQ.
As indicated at the meeting held on November 18, 1980, regarding the Marble Hill Project's status one of the items to be completed in the near future is a response on the above referenced item.
Your Director indicated the action he intends to take on this matter as well as what my role should be during the transition as a result of the Headquarters reorganization.
I am enclosing with this memo the file on this EDO item as was maintained by the fomer RCI division. You will note that the original request contained matters for response by IE and NRR and that the responses were sp11t apart for each office to provide an answer. The NRR response of September 2,1980, is also enclosed in the file folder.
