With respect to question 3, you have a; reed to answer the question with respeot to the deferral (rather than e' exemption) of cortain pre-operational tests.
Question 9 requested a sracific identifi-cation of all errors identified in the FSAR and SER and their signficicance.
Tha Staff response does not fully answer this question.
