The staff :sc Se s not address this issue, but rather, discusses the " changes" t:- ::.. technical specifications.

With respect to question 3, you have a; reed to answer the question with respeot to the deferral (rather than e' exemption) of cortain pre-operational tests.

Question 9 requested a sracific identifi-cation of all errors identified in the FSAR and SER and their signficicance.

Tha Staff response does not fully answer this question.

Your assistance in providing more complete responses to Chairman Markey's letter are greatly appreciated.
