Observe Technical Specifications 3.7.6.2 for providine a continuous fire watch for the system that is i.Tperable.
f.
After the clapper and/or sprinkler fused heads have been replaced, line up the system by the following nethod:
(1)
For Dry Pipe Sprinkler System, open the priming c:p and priming water valve, fill the valve body to the level of the priming water connection.
(2) Drain excess primirg by opening the condensate valve and then reclose.
NOTE If the systen that actuated was not a Dry Pipe Sprinkler System, suceed to Step 3.
I (3) Close the main drain valve and ooen the main isola-J.on gate valve and replace the plastic lock seal.
(4) Open the alarm control vlave, if closed. *
(5) Verify the ecmputer alarm clears for the isolaticn valve which was closed.

a.
Obtain an adaptor to go fran 1 1/2" fire hose male end to 3/4" NPT male thread.

Verify RW pressure <50 psig and the applicable system pressure is below fire pressure (approximately 145 psig).

6.1.2 Instructions Connect a fire hose frcm the nearest hose station to any or a.
all of the following 3/4" test connections in the AL:xiliary Building using the adaptor (s) obtain in 6.1.1.a; initial connections used:

Start (or verify running) at least one fire pump.
c.
Slowly open the fire hose cabinet isolation valve to pressurize the hose; cfleck for leaks.
d.
Slowly open the test ceux-ca valves to permit fire water flow into the applicable system.
(1) Quickly close test connections and fire cabinet isolation valves if hose breaks or if fire water pressure increases.
e.
Open (or verify open) the applicable injection valves and verify that fire water system pressure cbes rot increase.
f.
Observe flow into the RPV by any of the following:

.3 When fire water flow into RFV is no longer needed. thou perform the followings (1) Close the test connections opened and injection valves opened in Step 6.1.2.a and remove the hose.
(2) Initial " restored" by each test connection restored to normal.
(3) Cemplete applicable portions of the Standby leadinees anctions of $01's.
6.2 Adding water to the suppression pool from Fire Protection via CST and HPCS pump suction.
NOTE If this method is used CS will not be available for injection.
6.2.1 Frerequisites a.
Open hatch on top of CST l
b.
Place several firehoses in CST.
I c.
Have diesel fire pumpe operating.
6.2.2 Instructions a.
Open er verify open RFCS pump suction 122-F001 free CST.
NOTE RI level in suppression pool will close 7001. If AC power is available on 17AC. open 3RK #52-170101 for E22-TC01.
b.
Open HPCS test return to suppression pool E22-7023.
NOTE If 14CA signal and AC power is present en Div III BRK
- 52-170111 will have to be opened and 7023 opened manually.
c.
Opening 7023 will drain CST to suppreseien pool.
d.
Throttle fire hose output to CST to obtain desired 1svel in suppression pool.

6.3.1 Prerequisites a.
Verify or close 711-F007 and P11-7075.
b.
Depressurise check valve F11-F424 by uncapping and opening 711-F092 and 711-7104.
Remove bonnet head from P11-F424 and remove check valve internale.
c.
d.
Replace bonnet head on 711-F424.
e.
Close F11-F092 and P11-T104.
f.
Verify diesel fire pumpe running.
g.
Open Z12-F063C (P.1 flush to RER C).
h.
Open E12-T021 (Supp. Pool Test Esturn).
