that you have not supplied sufficient justification for our withholding of l

the drawing from public disclosure. In accordance with the provisions of 2.790 of 10 CFR Part 2, a full explanation as to why this drawing should be handled as proprietary should be provided for our consideration.

Any justification for proprietary treatment in accordance with the pro-visions of Section 2.790 may include matters such as a showing that the information for which proprietary status is claimed is of a type customarily held in confidence, that there is a rational basis for customarily holding this information in cor.fidence, that the information has, in fact, been kept in confidence, and that it is not found in public sources.
