February 25, 1974 Apparently, the President of GPU received a cc-ll from Mr. North, colling for the President of General Electric Company. Mr. North told the President of GPU that the Deputy' Minister for Electrification and Energetics, Mr. Moltzev, Russia, wanted to visit a Nuclear Power Plant

and Jersey Centrol in particular in the near future - in the next day or two.

The President of GPU said it was okay with him if it was okay with the AEC MND if he had reasonoble notice (p$rhaps 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br />).

Mr. Finfrock said that they planned to go ahead, but they wanted us to know.

I asked him to inform me if they have o firm schedule - he said he would.

I informed Dreher at 2:00 PM, 2/25/74, of what was going on. I asked him to let me know if he has a problem.
