This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. E. Greenaan of this office on August 26-29, 1975 at Oyster Creek, Yorked. River, New Jersey of activities authorised by NRC License No. EFR-16 and to the discus-sions of our findings held by Mr. E. Greensen with Mr. Ross and Mr. Reeves of your staff at the eonclusion of the inspection, and to a subsequent telephoes discussion between Mr. E. Greenman and Mr. Ross on September 9, 1975. Areas ewaminad during this inspection are described in the Office of Inspection and Enforeement Inspection Report which is enelooed with this 1 latter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective exam-inations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector. Based on the results of this insp46 tion, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements, as set forth in the Notice of Violation, enclosed herewith as. Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station j Docket No. 50-219 i IE Inspection Report No. 50-219/75-01 This letter updates the status of the items of noncompliance noted in Inspection 75-01 on January 14, 15, 17, and 20, 1975 by Mr. Greenman. The results of this inspection were subsequently transmitted to us by Mr. Brunner's letter of February 28, 1975, and preliminary action was forwarded to you in our letter of March 24, 1975. A cab access ladder and cab railing has been fabricated and installed to comply with OSilA standards.
