our letter dated June 24, 1975 vas in response to license conditions 2.D.1 and 2.D.2 of Anendment No. S to the Oyster Creek Provisional Operating License. Uc indicated that modifications to overcone the majority of failures identiflod in Attachment I of our letter were incorporated as part of the proposed codification which vas included as Attachment II.

The purpose of this revision of Attachter.t II to our June 24, 1975 letter in to describe our proposed modifications to accommodate the re-j maining single failures. When this revised version of Attachment II is incorporated into our June 24, 1975 letter, we will have proposed modifi-cations to correct all of the unacceptchle single failures which could affect ECCS performance.
