Areas examined during this inspection included: the circumstance relat-

ing to the turbine trip on December 29, 1972, and the resulting primary

system blowdown to the torus as a result of a relief valve failing to re-

water; the malfunction of a mainstenin isolation valve and an isolation

condenser condensate drain valve; the special surveillance test program
