If yoy wish to have a representative from IIRR participate, please notify Elizabeth Ten Eyck as soon as possible.
Region II personnel will be responsible for coordinating the RER with.
the licensee.
Therefore, it is important that we have a full list of attendees to forsard to Region II at the earliest possible date so that all of the necessary arrangements can be made with licensee personnel.
In order to assure that no undue burden is placed upon the licensee, it would be desirable to know the identity of your representative by September 9,1933.
