Fort Calhoun Station's Reactor Protective System / Engineered Safety Features (RPS/ESF) and Auxiliary Feedwater (AFW) Initiation Channel Bypass Technical Specifications Amendment Application Attached is Omaha Public Power District's latest application to revise the Fort Calhoun Station's Technical Specifications con-cerning RPS/ESF and AFW initiation channel bypass conditions.

This revised application reflects the resulte of discussions between the Commission and the District since the original request for amendment was filed in July, 1981. This application super-sedes previous submittals dated July 23, 1981 and September 20, 1983.
