SUMMARY

FEBRUARY,1995 Oyster Creek entered February at 70% of full reactor power. Power was reduced on January 31 to remove {'

the B-Feedwater String and replace the inboard feedwater pump seal which was leaking. Full power was achieved on February 3. On February 8, power was reduced to remove the A-Recire Pump from service to ,

replace a failed motor-generator set bearing. Fult power was again achieved on February 14. On February 24, a planned power reduction was commenced to perform the Main Steam Isolation Valve full closure surveillauce. While at reduced load, the B-Feedwater Pump outboard seal was replaced and changes to digital l' feedtrater software were made. The plant returned to full power on February 27.

The plant generated 400,185 MWh net electric and attained a MDC net capacity factor of %.2% for the month. -
