This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. D. E. Moore of this
office on November 21, 1978, of activities authorized by NRC License
No. R-111 at AGN-201 Training Reactor and t.o the discussions of our
findings held with Dr. J. N. Davidson at the conclusion of the inspection.
The area examined during this inspection was your physical protection
program and its implementation. Within this area, the inspection con-
sisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no items of noncompliance were
disclosed.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, activities involving
