50-276 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT N0. E-30 AMENDMENT N0. 12 Effective May 1,1979, Indemnity Agreement No. E-30, between Georgia Institute of Technology and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated December 21, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount
"$140,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "$160,000,000."
