AUTHORIZATION TO DISPOSE OF COMPONENT PARTS AND TERMINATION OF REACTOR FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. R-111 The Comission has issued an Order that authorizes disposition of component parts and terminates Facility Operating License No. R-111 for the AGN-201 training and research reactor facility at Georgia Institute of Technology in accordance with your application dated September 26, 1984, as supplemented.
In connection with the license termination, we are enclosing two copies of Amendment No.14 to Indemnity Agreement No. E-30.
Please sign and return one copy to this office.
Copies of the Order, which is being sent to the Office of the Federal Register for publication, and the Safety Evaluation associated with this action are also enclosed.
