E-30 AMENDMENT NO. 13 Effective May ', 1977, Indemnity Agreement No. E-30, between Georgia Institute of Technology, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated December 21, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended by modifying the prefatory language of paragraph 4, Article I, to read as follows: '
