Dear Mr. Buzdor:
This letter and the enclosed NRC Form 591 refer to the safety inspection conducted on September 21,1999, of activities authorized under NRC Byproduct Materials License 50-27622-01. Within the scope of this inspection no violations or deviations were identified; therefore, no response to this letter is required.
Please be advised that the results of o'ur deliberations regarding issues discussed at the pre-decisional enforcement conference held in Anchorage, Alaska, on September 27,1999, will be addressed in separate correspondence.
