Dear Mr. Attorney General:

Under cover letter of June 14, 1982, the Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) has filed an " Application for Amendment of Construction Permit CPPR-144 Providing for the Addition of a Co-0wner and Co-Applicant."

The enclosed Application for Amendment seeks to provide for the addition of the Florida Municipal Power Agency (FMPA) as co-owner and co-applicant. The Application states that FPL and FMPA have entered into a Participation Agreement that provides for the sale of an undivided 8.806% ownership interest in the captioned nuclear unit by FPL to FMPA subject to, inter alia, Comission Approval of the proposed ownership transfer.

We are transmitting herewith one copy of the "Information Requested by the Attorney General for Antitrust Review," which has been accepted by the NRC for the purpose of initiating the review.
