CO REPORT NO. 47/71-1
Most of my pertinent co=ments are made in the Management Interview.
As the facility has been deactivated, we might as well handle items of
noncompliance other than the missing liquid effluent records by a
no reply required 592
Mr. O'Connor had an interesting comment that he didn't think it was a
good idea to have a reactor licensed for an extended period of time
after the personnel involved had become aware that the facility was to
be shut down.
I'd suggest that we go back to the facility within a year and then, if
there are no problems or changes, extending the interval between inspections
to as long as possible.
