Attached is a report by our field inspector of a visit to the subject facility on July 22-23, 1963. No items of noncompliance were observed during this visit.

You will note from the report that the licensee at this facility relies on administrative control to prevent fission chanfber novement during control red withdrawal.

We are of the opinion that consideration should be given to the use of an interlock in this case.
