50-47 The attached report by our field inspector of an unannounced visit to the subj ect facility on January 7, 1966, is forwarded for infomation.
No items of noncompliance and no safety problems were noted.
The experimental, program, using reactor beam ports, was noted by our inspector to be increasing.
This area will be reviewed in more detail during the next routine inspection.
As requested by the Assistant Director, Reactor Licensing, in his memorandum to the Assistant Director for Reactors, Compliance, of September 20, 1965, information on the facility's airlock is contained in the attached report.
