R. G. Page The attached report by cur field inspector of a visit to the Watertown Arsenal Reactor on April 1,1965, is forwarded for information. No items of noncompliance or safety problems were noted during the visit.

The problem noted in our previous report regarding neutron multiplication during approach to critical has been resolved.

A change in the beryllium reflector geometry resulted in the improvement in the observed =ulieplication during a startup.
