The area examined during this inspection was limited to review of yo'tr corrective and preventive action with regard to the items of noncomoliance identified during the last inspection of your licensed activities.

Within this area, the inspection ~ consisted of selective examinations of precedures and representative records, intarviews with personnel, measurements made by the inspector, and observations by the inscector.

Our inscector verified the ste::s you have taken to correct the ite.'s of nonceepliance brought to your attention in a letter dated October 12, 1977. We have -no further questions regarding your action at this time.

observed.
