Areas enanined during this inspection are described in the Eagulatory

Ooerations Inspeccion Report which is enclosed 71th this letter.

Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective e .a=inations

of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel,

and o'oservations by the inspector.

Our insoector also verified the steos you had takan to correct

the deficiencies brought to your attention in a letter dated May 13,

1972, following our last inspection. We have no questicas regarding

the steps you tock to correct the periodic checking of fire alarm

systems and the records of preventive maintenance on the crane as

described by your lettar dated June 5,1972.

As indicated in Enclosure No.1 to this letter, we note that

you have corrected Item No. 3, and therefore, you need not

address yourself to this matter in,your response.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the AEC's "2ules of Practice",

Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this

letter and the enclosed inspection report vill be placed in the

AEC's Public Document Room. If this report contains any infor ation

that you (or your contractor) believe to be proprietary, it is

necesaary that you rake a written aonlication within 20 days to

this office to withhold such infornation f cm public disclosure.
