Correceive Steos Taken & Results: Rectifier for l

cathodic protection circuit was defective and has l

been replaced.

Cathodic protection restored.

Corrective Steos to Avoid Further Violations:

Reading, recording and evaluation of voltage and current readings will be done on a bi-weekly basis through October 1974, thereafter, required quarterly and semi-annual effectiveness checks will be resumed.

30 July 1974.

Corrective Steos Taken & Results: Monitoring is being done on a nonthly basis and results recorded and filed.
