! 1. Correceive Steos Taken & Results: Rectifier for l cathodic protection circuit was defective and has l been replaced. Cathodic protection restored.

- 2. Corrective Steos to Avoid Further Violations:
Reading, recording and evaluation of voltage and current readings will be done on a bi-weekly basis through October 1974, thereafter, required quarterly and semi-annual effectiveness checks will be resumed.
- 3. Full cocoliance date: 30 July 1974.
