Based on the results of an :12C inspection conducted on Novenber 25, 1975, it appears that certian of your activities were not condected in

full compliance with the conditions of your Facility License No. R-65 as indicated below:

A.

Contrary to Technfc*1 Specification 2.b. (3), which requires the Reactor Safeguards Committee to samimually audit activities in the plant area, no such audits have been conducted.

This is an infraction.

3.

Contrary to Technical Specification 4.b.(1), which requires a weekly visual inspection of the heating and ventilation system, no inspection was conducted during the period liove=ber 4-19, 1975.

This is a deficiency.

C.

Contrary to Title 10, Code of Federal ?.egulations, Part 19.11(a),

which requires the posting of a current copy of the license and
