In response to your letter of 12 December 1975, the following information is provided regarding the activities cited as not being conducted in full co=pliance with NRC requirements:

Reactor Safeguards Committee Audits a.

(1) Corrective Steps Taken and Results_: Reactor Safeguards Comnittee meetings will be held every six months to audit activities in the plant area. Copies of your letter of 12 December 1975 have been distributed to RSC members for review.

(2)

Corrective Stecs to Avoid Further Violations: RSC audits will be conducted in conjunction with the second and fourth quarterly radiation surveys.

(3)
