In response to your letter of 12 December 1975, the following information is provided regarding the activities cited as not being conducted in full co=pliance with NRC requirements:
- a. Reactor Safeguards Committee Audits (1) Corrective Steps Taken and Results_: Reactor Safeguards Comnittee meetings will be held every six months to audit activities in the plant area. Copies of your letter of 12 December 1975 have been ,
distributed to RSC members for review.
(2) Corrective Stecs to Avoid Further Violations: RSC audits will be conducted in conjunction with the second and fourth quarterly radiation surveys.
(3) Full Comoliance Date: 15 April 1976
