In response to your letter of 19 October 1977 (Docket No. 50-47), the following information is provided regarding the activities cited as not being conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements-Item A - Monthly Checks of the Heating & Ventilation Systems (1) Corrective Stecs Which Have 3een Taken and Results Achieved:
1 A suspense date of 20th of each =enth has been established I for the Facilities Engineering 3 ranch.
(2) Corrective Steps Which Will 3e Taken to Avoid Further Items of Non-Ccepliance: With the suspense file under the con-trol of the Facilities Engineering 3 ranch, there will be no further items of non-co=pliance.

Item 3 - Posting of High Radiation Area (1) Corrective Steps Which Have 3een Taken and Results Achieved:
A "High Radiation Area" sign was posted on the access path to the core plate area of the reactor vessel.
(2) Corrective Steps Which Will Be Taken To Avoid Further Items of Non-Compliance: Health physics personnel will be re- .
quired as a part of the quarterly facility radiation sur-vey, to insure that all radiation warning signs are posted and noted with the current radiation levels where applicable.
