Item 3 - Posting of High Radiation Area (1) Corrective Steps Which Have 3een Taken and Results Achieved:

A "High Radiation Area" sign was posted on the access path to the core plate area of the reactor vessel.

(2) Corrective Steps Which Will Be Taken To Avoid Further Items of Non-Compliance: Health physics personnel will be re-quired as a part of the quarterly facility radiation sur-vey, to insure that all radiation warning signs are posted and noted with the current radiation levels where applicable.
