Dear Mr. Denton:
By letter dated December 4,1981, Florida Power Corporation (FPC) submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation a proposed revision to the Crystal River Unit 3, Modified Amended Security Plan. By letter dated February 18, 1982, Operating Reactors Branch #4 requested additional information to FPC's submittal.
The request was for a revised page to the Security Plan in accordance with their comments under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, FPC hereby transmits revised page 5-4 to the Modified Amended Security Plan, which incorporates the response to comments by Operating Reactors Branch #4.
We have determined that the attached revised page contains Security Safeguards Information required to be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
