Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of the cover letter and five (5) copies of the proposed Modified Amended Security Plan Rev. 4 for Crystal River Unit 3. Florida Power Corporation submits this change pursuant to 10CFR50.90, requesting an amendment to Operating License No. DPR-72.
Florida Power Corporation considers this proposed revision to be a Class III amendment per 10CFR170.22 as it involves a single safety issue. The amendment fee in the amount of four thousand dollars ($4,000.00) is hereby remitted.
We have determined that the attached revised pages contain Security Safeguards Information required to be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21. Therefore, you are requested to handle these documents accordingly.
