Dear Sir:

Enclosed are three r riginals (3) and forty (40) copies of the cover letter and five (5) copies of the prcyed revision to the Modified Amended Security Plan Rev. 2 for Crystal River Uait i Florida Power Corporation submits this change pursuant to 10CFR50.90, requesting an amendment to Operating License No. DPR-72.

Attachment 1 is an explanation of the proposed change. Attachment 2 is a copy of the Security Plan page incorporating the change.

Florida Power Corporation considers this proposed revision to be a Class 111 amendment per 10 CFR170.22 as it invols es a single safety issue. The amendment fee in the amount of four thousand dollars ($4:000.00)is hereby remitted.

Pursuant to 10CFR2.790, the attached documents are classified as safeguards information and are to be withheld from public disclosure.
