Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

In response to item B in Reference (1) regarding the corporate audit of tne Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3) Security Plan, Florida Power Corporation conmitted to complete the corporate audit of the CR-3 Security Plan by September 18, 1981. [See Reference (2).]

Since June 19, $981, Florida Power Corporation has been working with con-sultants to review the entire security program to identify areas needing improvements to develop corrective actions to enhance the overall effectiveness l

of the existing security plan and to ccrnplete the rewrite of the Security Plan to submit to the NRC.

As a result of tnese ongoing efforts in the security area, Florida Power Corporation will cceplete the corporate audit of the CR-3 Security Plan by October 15, 1981.

This has been discussed with your Mr.
