We have reviewed the changes to the security plan for the Crystal River Unit flo. 3 as submitted by your letters of July 24, 1981 and August 6, 1981.

Although some of the changes are appropriate under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), others either decrease security or contain insufficient information upon which to base a decision.

Please submit revised pages to your plan incorporating only those changes which we have accepted or which you have revised in accordance with the enclosed coaments to be consistent with the provisions of 50.S4(p).

In the instance of those changes which we have identified as decreasing security, you aqy choose to submit a request for change regarding those itens under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90 Ile have detemined that the enclosures to your above referenced letters and the enclosure to this letter contain infomation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and should be withheld frun public disclosure.
