In our telephone conversation on Friday, May 5, I stated that I had made an error in describing the source of low level radioactively contaminated waste l

oil at nuclear power plants.

The sources are primary system pump motors including reactor coolant pumps at PWRs and recirculation and feedwater pumps at BWRs.

I believe I stated that this oil originated from non-primary system Sources.

I would appreciate your assistance in both adding a corrective note to the transcript and passing the correct information to the ACRS members and consultants.
