NPF-4 NPF-7 Gentlemen: f i VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 IMPLEMENTATION OF GENERIC LETTER 88 SUPPLEMENT Pursuant to 10CFR50.90, the Virginia Electric and Power Company requested an amendment to the Technical Specifications for North Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2 by letter dated March 29,1990. The purpose of the amendment request was to incorporate changes for cycle specific parameter limits according to the guidance provided by Generic Letter 88-16. Subsequent to the aforementioned submittal, we became' aware of a change to the i boron concentration section that was left out of the previous submittal. As a result, we are requesting changes to the previously submitted amendments, to correct this error and remain consistent with the guidance in Generic Letter 88-16. There are no MERITS changes associated with the change requested herein. This request has been reviewed by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating i Committee. It has been determined that this request does not involve any unreviewed safety questions as defined in 10CFR50.59 or a significant hazards consideration as defined in 10CFR50.92. The basis for the determination that no significant hazard consideration is involved is presented in Attachment 2, in accordance with 10CFR50.91(a) and the guidance provided in Generic Letter 88-16.
