v On March 1, 1982, CEU filed a motion in this proceeding essentially seeking a Board order requiring a full individual accounting from all persons involved in the visits of Commissioners Roberts and Gilinsky to the South Texas Project.
The besis for this motion waa the violation of the g parte communication rule.
On March 5, 1982, prior to receiving the CEU motion, CCANP copied the Board with a letter to Commissioner Roberts regarding the same visit by him to the site. In that letter, CCANP set forth the facts concerning the totally inadequa te l notice provided to CCANP prior to the visit and CCANP's conclusion that there had been a violation of the ex parte rule.
CCANP supports in all respects the motion filed by CEU a s an appropria te interim remedy. The a ffidavits sought by CEU are the minimum requirement of the law. CCANP urges the Board to act quickly in granting this motion before memories fade.
