The Staff has received and reviewed the additional answers filed by the Intervenor on January 18, 1982 in response to Staff interrogatories dated December 2, 1981, as modified by the letter sent by the Staff to the Intervenor on January 7,1982, and by the tele-phone conference of January 11, 1982. The Staff understands that these answers reveal all of the issues the Intervenor intends to litigate in this proceeding and supply all the bases the Intervenor now has to support the issues.
