Dear Sir:

We have reviewed the proposed location for the emergency offsite faca. lit'f (EOF) for Rancho Seco and find it acceptable.

Although not near the plant site, the proposed location will provide ready access by state personnel as well as Sacramento County officials. We recognize additional work needs to be done on rm odeling and otherwise refurbishing this facility; nevertheless, we are certain we can worx with the Sacramento Municipal Utility Districc to protect public health in the event of a nuclear power plant accident.
