_P;e c eipt of Information On February 9, 1982, Bill Albert, Senior Resident Inspector (SRI) at Washington Nuclear Plant (WNP), Units 3 and 5, t elephoned Richard C. Knop, Branch Chief in Region III's Division of Project and Resident Programs.
