ENCLOSED 70010 FROM IUVESTIGATOR - ALLEGATION CONCERNING PULLMAN POlfER PRODUCTS AT TIIE PERRY SITE As documented in the attached memo, the alleger refuses to give the NRC further inforration regarding his concerns and allegations. In addition, he has requested that the NRC not conduct an investigation.
As agreed in our discussion of February 3, 1982, this allegation (Investigation No. 82-01) is being referred to DETI for followup during future routine inspections. This action was discussed with and concurred in by Streeter.
EIS would appreciate receiving a copy of each inspection report or meno which docunents your findings regarding these matters.
If you find that an investigator is needed, we will provide one.
