Reference:

LER 82-097/03 L-0 AECM-82/530 With the plant in Cold Shutdown, the HPCS Pump was declared ino'perable due to an engineering review of an incident which occurred on October 2, 1982.

This incident involved an incorrect valve lineup during the performance of a routine surveillance of the HPCS System. Attached is LER 82-097/03 L-0 with supplemental information. 7 Yours truly, <
