a EXHIBIT E A.
Factors Causing a Change in Productivity 1.
Division of Contracts - the productivity level for this division has shown no appreciable change from the previous year.
Hence, this section is not applicable.
2.
Division of Security - the productivity level for this division has shown no appreciable change from the previous year. Hence, this section is not applicable.
B.
Productivity Outlook 1.
Division of Contracts - productivity is expected to increase by 5-10%
in FY 1980.
Competitive RFPs and contract modifications are expected to account for the majority of this increase.
The division is expending a significant amount of time in contract administration functions.
Because this activity is taking so much time, the key elements of this function most likely will be included as measured activities next year.
2.
Division of Security - the productivity outlook for FY 1980 is for a small increase in productivity.
This increase is expected to occur because of an improved skill level and experience factor of the employees of the division.
The primary areas for anticipated increases are clearance processing and classified visits processed.
