Attached are those exhibits that are appropriate for the initiation of productivity reporting by this Commission.

Included are measures from both staff and line offices.

A question we have raised with you that has not been resolved is the determination of a baseline year.

As you know, this organization was not in existence in 1972 - the baseline year for the productivity effort.
