AMENDMENT NO. 9 TO SECURITY PLAN This acknowledges receipt of your letter of March 6,1981, which trans-mitted proposed changes to the " Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station Security Plan" for our review.

We have determined that the proposed changes to the Rancho Seco Security Plan, identified in your letter and as discussed with Mr. Robert Moore of your staff, pending final review, should be acceptable.

Therefore, it is requested that you submit Amendment No. 9 to the Security Plan under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and 50.90, within 45 days from receipt of this letter.
