1980,HPCI Snubber #23-3-36 were determined to be l

lOl3l l inoperable. The snubber is located On the HPCI Turbine Exhaust Line. On August I

1014 l l 14 during a scheduled visual surveillance inspection the snubbers fluid reservoir I 10 l s i I was low. A subsequent lockup test of the snubber failed.

On Sept. 14 1980 durinal 10 ls l l a routine plant tour the snubber was found severed. On both occasions an in-kind l El replacement was installed and the HPCI system returned to service.(Previously re-l l0tol i lated LER was80-034 /03L)
