Dear Sir:
Florida Power is currently reviewing all outstanding Technical Specification Change Requests to detennine what resolution can be achieved on the various issues. Florida Power would appreciate Staff cooperation toward achieving this mutually beneficial goal.
Technical Specification mange Request No. 3 was submitted on July 21, 1977.
This change request primarily dealt with typographical / editorial errors included in the original Appendix B Technical Specif uations. 'Ihe Staff did approve, on September 6, and November 9,19',3, respectively, portions of the request. Ilowever, the Staff has yet to act on the remaining items.
Many of the remaining changes deal with areas which will be clarified when Changes 36 (Radiological Environmental Technical Specifications) and 62 (Deletion of all Non-Radialogical Environmental Technical Specifications) are approved.
Florida Power, therefore, respectfully withdraws the outstanding aspects of i
