d This permit is be.ng issued in settlement of the adjudicatory hearing request filed by Florida Power Corporation. As such, the pemit replaces the pemit previously issued to the Crystal River Power Plant and constitutes the final deter.ninatioa under 40 CFR 125.35.

Since the pemit is in settlement of the adjudicatory hearing request, the pemit becomes final and effective on the date specified in the pemit and the permit is not subject to any further requests for an adjudicatory hearing.

Therefore full ccopliance with the term.s and condition of the permit will be required on and af ter the effective de.te of the pemit.
