Dear Sir:
Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 56, requesting amendment to Appendix B of Operating License No. DPR-72.
As part of this request, proposed replacement pages for Appendix B are enclosed.
This Change Request will allow the University of Florida and the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services of the State of Florida flexibility to initiate the procedures that will be required upon the issuance of Technical Specification Change Request No. 36 (the Radiological Effluent Technical Specification).
Florida Power Corporation considers Change Request No. 56 to be a Class III Amendment per 10 CFR 170.22 as it involves a single environmental issue.
A licensing h e in the amount of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) and a signed copy of Certificate of Service for Technical Specification Change Request No. 56 to the Chief Executive of Citrus County, Florida, are enclosed.
