I On July 16, 1980 an upstream snubber on the same line Snubber #23-3-36 was found severed.

Io laI l On both occasions the HPCI system was declared inoperable and "in kind" replacements l l o 141 l installed. Following the July 1, 1980 maintenance the s; stem was satisfactorily l

lo IsI l tested and returned to service. During the post maintenance testing on July 16, l

lo is l l the High Pressure Pump casing gasket was found leaking and had to be replaced.

l lo l7] l Following its replacement,'the system was satisfactorily tested and returned to l
