LER CONTINUATION - RO NO. 1-80-14 Facility: BSEP Unit No. 1.

Event Date: February 14, 1980 The' valve in question is located on the wall of the drywell about 25' off the I

floor from the -17' elevation.

The. valve was known to be open on January 18, 1980, when the PT was last performed.

if the valve had been closed, the PT could not-have passed. A discussion with I&C technicians and Operations per-sonnel could determine no reason for the valve being shut, as neither had operated it.

A review of trouble tickets and other maintenance documents could find no evidence of any maintenance that would necessitate the closing of this valve.
