Notification of Closing Date for Indirect Transfer of the SHINE Medical Isotope Production Facility Construction Permit In accordance with Section Ill of the Order Approving the Indirect Transfer of License and Conforming Amendment (Reference 1), SHINE is providing the required notification to the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation. The date of closing of the indirect transfer described in Reference (1) will be July 1, 2019.
